At Wanderlust Posters, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, please review our return policy below:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt for a free replacement or refund. We will require photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label as proof for processing the claim.

  2. Incorrect Products: In case you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 10 days. We will arrange to resend the correct item at no additional charge, and you do not need to return the mistakenly received product.

  3. Lost in Transit: If an order is lost (no updates for more than 20 days we will offer a free replacement or refund.

  4. Returns and Change of Mind: As our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design. This aligns with EU regulations regarding custom-made products.

  5. Product Quality: Our posters are printed on premium 230gsm paper using water-based inks. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences and printing processes. Returns or refunds for these minor discrepancies will not be accepted.

  6. Shipping Address Changes: Changes to the shipping address can be made within 36 hours of placing an order. Requests made beyond this period may incur additional courier fees, which will be the customer's responsibility.

  7. Shipping Delays: Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.

  8. Undelivered Products: If the courier is unable to contact the customer or the package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping costs for the second delivery will be charged to the customer.
