At Wanderlust Posters, we are committed to delivering high-quality artwork and a worry-free shopping experience. While we take great care in producing and shipping your order, we understand that issues can arise. Here’s how we ensure your satisfaction:


📦 Damaged or Defective Products

Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged or defective, simply contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will promptly send you a free replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer. To process your request, we require photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.


🔄 Incorrect Products – Our Mistake, Our Fix

Received the wrong item? We sincerely apologize! Contact us within 10 days, and we will immediately send the correct product at no extra cost. No need to return the mistakenly received item - it's on us!


🚚 Lost in Transit – We’ve Got You Covered

If your order hasn’t been updated for 20+ days, we consider it lost. Simply reach out, and we’ll issue a free replacement or full refund without hesitation.


🎨 Custom Artwork – No Returns for Change of Mind

Since each piece is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. This policy aligns with EU regulations for custom-made products. However, rest assured that we offer unlimited revisions before printing for Personalized Posters to ensure you love your design.


🖼️ Product Quality & Color Accuracy

Our posters are printed on premium 230gsm archival paper using eco-friendly, water-based inks. Please note that minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. These natural variations are not eligible for refunds.


✏️ Shipping Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? No problem! You can make changes within 36 hours of placing your order. After this period, updates may incur additional courier fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.


⏳ Shipping Delays & Undelivered Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times depend on carriers and destination regions. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or external factors.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the courier being unable to contact you, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
